Nobody goes on the list on the strength of a phone call. We look at their experience, we look at finished work, and we ask around — reputation in Swansea travels. Only then do we put a name forward.
Measurements Confirmed to Us
When your installer quotes, they measure the room themselves and confirm those measurements back to us. It means the products we order are the products that fit — one of the simplest ways a bathroom goes wrong, and one of the easiest to avoid.
In Touch Throughout the Fit
Your installer talks to us while the work is going on, not just at the start. A query about a waste position or a tile setting-out gets answered the same day, by the people who supplied the product.
Replacements Sorted Quickly
Bathrooms throw up surprises once the old one comes out. Where something unforeseen means a product has to change, or in the rare event an item is damaged, your installer arranges the replacement with us directly — no chasing, no being passed between two companies.
Quality Kept Under Review
Being on the list is not permanent. We spot-check finished work and we pay close attention to what customers tell us afterwards. A recommendation from us has to be worth something, which means being willing to withdraw one.
Clear From the Start
We are a bathroom showroom, not a building firm, and we think it is better to say so plainly. We design your bathroom and supply it. The fitting is done by an independent installer: they quote you, you engage them direct, and the workmanship is theirs. What we bring to it is the part most customers never see — a supplier who knows the installer, answers the phone to them, and sorts out the products without the two sides of the job blaming each other.
