We recently had our bathroom/wetroom designed for our specific needs by Marcia at TW Thomas. It was fitted beautifully and is extremely practical to use. TW Thomas staff were always friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them.

In my position as a VAT reclaim specialist I often have to contact suppliers on behalf of our clients months and sometimes years after they made purchases to request copy invoices or ask questions. This is often met with an awkward or negative response - firms have had your money ages ago, they do not care but today am delighted to say I received A1 service from Julie Edwards of T W Thomas, prompt, accurate and nothing was too much trouble. Recently, we had a shower installed by T. W. Thomas, Swansea.Firstly, the planning and installation was done efficiently, professionaly, by Mr Nigel Hann of T W Thomas.Secondly, the actual installation was installed by Mr John Ridley of J. S. Ridley. The work undertaken by John, was of an exceptional standard and completed within the planned time frame.I have no hesitation in recommending J. S. Ridley in undertaking work of this nature.Finally - thanks to all involved in the project.

I ordered my new en suite bathroom with T W Thomas as my sister highly recommended them for the quality of both the product and the fitting work.The bathroom fitters, Lino and Beau, completed my bathroom on Tuesday. They've done a fantastic job. Hard workers, very efficient, friendly and very tidy too. They are a credit to the company. I'd highly recommend them, including the plasterer, whose name I've unfortunately forgotten.I'd also like to pass on my thanks to Larry in the showroom. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He immediately saw how the en suite room could be better utilised, and the completed room looks so, so much better than the original. We are delighted with it.

We wanted to change (in part) our ensuite bathroom in our new build home - keeping some wall tiles, the toilet and the floor tiles - and changing the shower area, wash basin and heated towel rail. After looking in several places and not getting any help we were recommended to T W Thomas. Marcia could not have been more helpful - the service and advice was fantastic. We used their recommended installer - Tony Fisher. We had to wait a good while for him to do the job, but he always kept us updated on timescales and coordinated with Marcia for deliveries etc. Worth waiting for - he and Mark have done an excellent job and were very neat and tidy workers. Delighted with the finished job. Tony also showed me how I could fix a problem with shadow cracks between the floor tiles that had irritated me every day since they were laid 3 years ago (by a company that refused to fix the problem). Have followed Tony's advice and so pleased I did as problem solved!! Would 100% recommend.

Simply the best. Bathroom and cloakroom designed in detail with Marcia who took time to walk round the impressive showroom explaining the key features of each product. Plans were very detailed and considered my needs and budget. Products from tiles to fittings were high quality and ongoing after sales service outstanding. Could not be better.

We were looking to refurbish a main bathroom and an en-suite. We'd been looking around many other stores but as soon as we sat down with Andrew to plan and price it up up we felt very comfortable and confident. The quality and the prices are great. We had an issue with a product which was not TW Thomas's fault. Andrew was very helpfull to us to get it sorted which you wouldn't get that service from other stores especially the national one's. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Top marks

Wanted to upgrade our en suite, and struggling with range of options. TW Thomas have excellent ranges on display - better than looking at a catalogue - and Andrew was particularly helpful in advising on choice of fittings, flooring, tiles colours etc. Clearly knows his stuff! Stored product till we were ready, and delivered on date agreed. Excellent service.

Have just refurbished two bathrooms and the service from start to finish has been faultless. Really easy company to deal with and they made the process as seamless as possible. Excess products were refunded without any quibbles (eg tiles) and products swapped, to accommodate an unforeseen change of plan, without any issues. TW Thomas also liaised well with the bathroom fitter such that we did not need to worry about stock arriving in time etc. Nigel is very knowledgeable and the delivery staff are friendly and professional too. It’s probably possible to source some of the items slightly more cheaply by shopping around on the internet but based on this experience the value added by TW Thomas has far outweighed any nominal saving in this respect and we would now consider it a false economy (in time and money). We will definitely use this company again.

We were building the house of our dreams and needed to get our bathrooms right …Andrew at Tw Thomas was an absolute expert and was incredibly helpful and patient - ultra supportive - and happy to swap and change and advise . Not easy when we didn’t have a clear vision !But having found the right products for our budget it needs INFINITE detail and knowledge - a bath or a shower might be a big decision - but the wastes / outlets / valves - and connections arent the obvious elements - but they are vital ! Andrew is totally amazing in getting it 100% right - sooooo grateful to have found a bathroom and fixtures expert who is kind compassionate and considerate - and the follow up service for any concerns is absolutely second to none !We were building 70 miles away - and had to have it right …. Huge thanks100% would promote TW Thomas - simply the best . The order and accuracy was totally amazing !

I can't begin to describe how TW Thomas transformed the whole process of redesigning, procuring and implementing our new bathrooms;But I’ll try;After some months of visits to showrooms and with a mounting collection of brochures, we met Jamie Whitton at TW Thomas in Swansea and our lives were changed. His facility with TW Thomas’ bathroom design software led us quickly to millimetre-accurate models of our bathroom spaces. As he had precise digital models of their wide range of fixtures, fittings and tiles, he quickly produced colour 3-D rendered models of our bathrooms, enabling us to spot optimum placement of fixtures and fittings and rapidly try alternatives.His comprehensive knowledge of suppliers, construction quality, durability and delivery quickly resolved our questions and gave rise to unforeseen opportunities.The detailed plans and 3-D views he provided were brought exactly to life by our bathroom fitters, as they had already ironed out any logistical problems.That our new bathrooms precisely match the 3-D views he produced is testament to the software that TW Thomas uses and to the processes that maintain and update the huge portfolio of supplier fixtures and fittings and, of course particularly upon the skill and knowledge of the operator.I certainly wouldn’t go anywhere else other than TW Thomas.Martin Thompson

The level of service provided by Andrew and his team at TW Thomas really is second to none. Andrew put together our initial design, provided excellent product recommendations, dealt with changes and amendments with speed and courtesy (even during the installation!) and found us great fitters - Lino and his team - who've carried out a lovely installation and have been friendly and professional throughout. I'm so pleased we chose TW Thomas over the big chain stores - the difference really is noticeable. All in all, we're absolutely delighted with our new shower room, although with a house full of kids, I just wish I could bloody get in it at some point...

Upon arriving back to Swansea, I was keen to find a new bathroom suite but wanted something different. I came across TW Thomas and after meeting Andrew I can honestly say the service has been outstanding. Not only the quality of the products but Andrew's knowledge and recommendations were second to none. I would highly recommend Andrew and the team at TW Thomas to anyone local wanting to renovate their bathroom. Andrew was so patient with me and helped me in every way to achieve the desired outcome for our bathroom and cloakroom refit. His recommended installer Chris Ellis was also amazing and him and his team fitted our bathroom to a very high standard. Andrew has also been amazing regarding aftercare advice and resolving any minor issues or questions relating to the products. Andrew helped us design our bathroom exactly as we wanted and when we faced issues with the fitting due to a plumber's mistakes, he offered to take back some of the units and offered us a replacement unit free of charge. He was very understanding and we felt that he thoroughly wanted to help. Very grateful and highly recommended.

My tiny bathroom needed a total refit, I visited TW Thomas for help re-designing, Andrew, from TW Thomas, was very patient after several visits the design was perfect.After Christmas the fitter arranged for the job let me down for personal reasons so I phoned Andrew at TW for advice. Andrew suggested I talk to Chris Ellis, a local fitter used by TW Thomas.Andrew at TW Thomas designed the best shower room I could wish for built by Chris and his team.

The shop is nice and clean. The staff are friendly and welcoming. They know and understand the requirements of the customers. They help in finding alternatives and update if any offers come by. I bought my bathroom and furniture from Andrew at T W THOMAS, and to say he has the "patience of a Saint" is an under statement.Nothing was to much trouble and although I asked numerous questions via the telephone, email or in person, Andrew always made time to answer, reassure me and to give me guidance.During lock down when everything went on stop, I was contacted and updated as and when by the staff at T W THOMAS.And when my bathroom was delivered and paid for, Andrew continued to advise and reassure through the fitting process.

TWThomas are the best in the business for Bathrooms and tiles. I have used them to design and fit 4 bathrooms for me and they excel everytime. I just needed my measurments and they designed the perfect bathrooms to accommodate the space, restrictions and budgets. And if things werent right, they went out of their way to replace even during public holidays. I cant thank Andrew & team enough. Highly recommend !

Just experienced a total refurbishment to our bathroom. I am very pleased with the quality of the products and thanks to Craig for his ideas and designs. Plenty of choice at the showroom with very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Our fitter Tony Fisher is very professional in his work and is carried out to the highest standard. Tony’s attention to detail is second to none. Our plumber Mark Morgan did a superb job in making the pipes “disappear “.What a great team.

Couldn't rate Andrew and his team enough, from the design stage to liaising with our builders to ensure all connections were in place. We had a slight issue with the shower screen having a mark, it was replaced immediately without question. Customer service was exceptional and the quality of the products excellent. Will definitely be returning for our next bathroom.

Some 18months ago we had our en-suite and then main bathroom completely stripped out and refitted. Craig did a great job in planning the new layouts and was very patient in helping us to decide on the type of units, tiles etc. required and dealing with the ordering and delivery process. Even though we had an initial problem with a shower base Marcia was on hand to ensure that the issue was resolved to our entire satisfaction. I can thoroughly recommend T W Thomas as they go the extra mile to ensure a great customer experience.Furthermore they recommended Tony Fisher Home Solutions who undertook the entire renovations. Tony takes great pride in undertaking the work to the highest standard and we found his advice, together with his joinery, tiling and bathroom fitting skills to be first class. Working closely with Tony was Mark Morgan who undertook all the plumbing work and together they are a formidable team whose skills are in great demand.

Our 22-year-old bathroom looked its age and was in urgent need of an overhaul.We looked at lots of different suppliers/ showrooms before finally settling on TW Thomas. Jamie guided us expertly through various options with a product knowledge that was superb. He resolved any issues we had with due care, working with our amazing fitter/ installer Tim to get the result we wanted and sourcing variants of standard designs. .We could not be more pleased with the outcome! The before/after pictures are amazing.We didn’t really have to worry about anything with the two of them taking on all aspects of the job....making it hassle free for us... other than picking up the bill at the end of it all. Went to T W Thomas with an idea of what we wanted and were thrilled to be able to purchase all items for complete bathroom refit from one supplier that kept us informed, answered queries, checked specifications and compatibilities of items being sold to ensure they were suitable for existing heating system etc. We were extremely pleased with the service we received - nothing was too much trouble and queries were always responded to. Andrew was great, really helpful - could not have asked for more. Would recommend highly to friends and family.

As always, 5 star service from Marcia and her team, and from her recommended bathroom installer, Seb Ferris. The project was to fully renovate (back to bare walls), and convert, a tired old bathroom into a state of the art walk in shower room, to enable my brother (who has dexterity issues) to use more safely. Due to my brother having a certain period of care home respite, we only had a small window of opportunity to get the installation done, and Marcia trawled her recommended installer list and secured Seb's services. Marcia drew the plans up, ordered all goods, and had them delivered on time. Seb did the rest, apart from sub-contracting a plasterer, electrician, and flooring specialist, all of whom's work was also 5 star! Absolutely delighted with the end result, fabulous wet room, all waste materials removed and house left spick & span, you wouldn't know works had been carried out. Downstairs loo next, why shop around, T W Thomas & Seb already booked!!

I don't often write reviews but the experience I had at TW Thomas is definitely worth writing about. Customer service and quality of product are often the only factors which set you apart from the competition and they definitely achieved both of these. Every member of staff that we came into contact with was exceptionally helpful and the entire process was smooth and stress free. Andrew was always able to find alternatives to keep us within budget and although we changed our minds a couple of times on the items we'd purchased they were exchanged without any hesitation. I can't recommend these guys highly enough!

The whole experience was seamless. I measured the bathroom and wrote a list with the type of products that I wanted. Within a couple of days, Andrew had built me a full quotation by item. I visited the store and we ran through the quotation, item by item, agreeing or amending each. Andrew listened to all of my comments and provided helpful suggestions. I paid a deposit and didn't need to pay the balance until the goods were delivered on the date requested by the plumber. With a couple of very small exceptions, every item was delivered as agreed. Where there was a delay to delivery on a couple of minor special order items, Andrew kept me fully up to date and got the plumber's agreement to come back at a later date before sharing the news with me.
