After a bad leak in our main bathroom and several panicked visits to bathroom suppliers around Swansea, Larry was our shining light at the end of the tunnel. He was able to introduce us first to a builder Matt Hagemann who came round immediately to diagnose the leak and measure up for repairs. Larry then set up an appointment with us to design our new bathroom and was so patient and kind going through the options we had, offering up ideas we hadn't thought of, and gently pointing out why some of our ideas weren't actually possible. He clearly has an eye for design, suggesting better grout colours (didn't know they came in so many different colours) so that we didn't end up with a stark white box. The bath he sourced for us is phenomenal, it's huge! Before and during the build, Larry was always so quick to respond if we had any questions, and super knowledgeable about the actual fittings as well. I always came away feeling reassured. We will definitely be going back to Larry when our other bathroom needs redoing in a couple years.

TW Thomas have a vast range of bathroom fittings and knowledgeable and patient staff to help and advise a customer. In our case Josh made the process easy and enjoyable. Having read reviews we asked for Tony Fisher to be our installer, and within 3 hours he had phoned and made an appointment. He gave a narrow range estimate, and an approximate start date and we decided to go ahead. Because he is so good at what he does he is very busy but 6 weeks or so later the installation of our new bathroom began with a shower replacing a bath, new sink, toilet towel rail and cupboards, new walls, floor and ceiling. Tony and Mark, his plumber mate, did a fantastic job and all in 9 working days. Consultation, explanation and advice were intermingled with hard work and great attention to detail. Both Tony and Mark were very respectful of the house, cleaning up as they went along, in fact I think Henry the Hoover was one of the first pieces of equipment to arrive. The end result is beyond our wildest dreams. I would highly recommend TW Thomas as a supplier, and advise anyone to try to have Tony and Mark as their fitters.

Josh's professionalism, patience and expertise helped guide us with our choices and transforming the bathroom spaces. The choice of bathrooms at TW Thomas can feel pretty overwhelming when you first visit, but Josh helped put our ideas into reality and our minds at rest with the help of the in-store 3D planning service. This ensured we got to see how the bathrooms designs would look before installation took place. In his own words striking the perfect balance of 'practicality vs aesthetics.' Our fitters Matthew Crocker and Max worked tirelessly to help us achieve the transformations and kept us informed at every step of the installation. They made sure that the work completed met the design objectives and our own which has resulted in creating a space that is no longer 'just a bathroom' but a room in the house to enjoy being in.

Recently had a shower enclosure fitted by Tony Fisher and Mark,two top class polite tradesmen who did a fantastic job while treating our home with respect leaving the bathroom spotlessly clean also very reasonable price and arranged for the old one to be taken away.wouldn’t hesitate in using them again. We were very pleased with the service from all staff, from Emily who helped us with the design of our bathroom, Andrew and the office staff. They were all on hand to help with any queries we had. Emily especially was excellent and very patient, taking time to listen to us and working with us to design our bathroom just as we wanted it. Giving us numerous options when trying to make decisions like, bath or no bath!!! Working with us to acheive our dream bathroom within our budget, but not compromising on quality. We recently had to replace a leaking shower tray so went through the process of getting a new tray. We dealt with Jamie from T W Thomas who in fairness was first class, we were kept up to date via e mail and Jamie recommended Tony Fisher to come up and give an estimate to do the job. Fair play to Tony he came up to look at the bathroom and gave us his advice and price up the job. On his advice we went for shower boards to go with the new tray and went with a new enclosure and ordered them as necessary. I let Tony know and we arranged a date to do the job as necessary. Tony and Mark who sorted the plumbing out were top class, very efficient and professional and have done a wonderful job. We could not be happier with our new shower and would highly recommend Tony and Mark to do the job. Tony is very professional and has his own facebook page and even today he text to see if we were happy with the shower. Thank you Tony and Mark

After what was a super stressful experience with a leak in our en suite, we were so happy to have the wonderful expertise of Larry to help us choose our tiles, bathroom and then design it for us and help to make a truly amazing design become reality! We were super lucky to have been given the introduction to T W Thomas by the incredibly talented Matt Hagemann, a truly wonderful plumber with such incredible attention to detail! She recommended Tony Fisher Home Solutions as the bathroom fitter. Tony kept in touch with us until we made a final decision of what we wanted in the bathroom giving practical advice and tips. When the installation began Tony and Mark Morgan the plumber did a very good job. A very high standard of workmanship with an exceptional eye for detail. Just had a bathroom renovation completed by Larry B, we are so pleased with what he has achieved for us! Great selections of kitchen and bathroom requirements. Staff usually very helpful with explaining features of products and will do a design service if required. After sales service is excellent too. Would recommend at least a visit to the showroom.

We decided to give our bathroom a face-lift and neighbours recommended TW Thomas as they had a good experience with them. Walking through the showroom doors is a bit overwhelming seeing the choices available. However, a young man called Josh introduced himself and put us at ease. He immediately understood what we had in our minds and showed us a selection that would suit us best and within our budget. TW Thomas can suggest a reputable bathroom fitter and plumber and put us in touch with Tony Fisher Home Solutions and Mark Morgan Plumbing and Heating. They arrived on time and worked non stop for 3 days to finish the job on time. They kept the mess to minimum and cleared away at the end of the day. The standard, quality and finish was exceptional. There were one or two hiccups along the way but these were sorted quickly without question by Josh and TW Thomas reception staff. I've nothing but praise for the fitting team and TW Thomas staff.

Absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish. The shop supplied everything I needed for the bathroom, and the quality of the products has been excellent. A special mention to Larry in the shop, who was fantastic throughout the design process. He helped plan the room expertly, offered great suggestions, and thought through practical details — including the good and bad design choices — that I simply wouldn’t have considered. He was also incredibly patient with me being quite particular about the finish, and his guidance really helped bring the whole vision together. What really made the experience exceptional though was the fitter the shop arranged, Phil (Alkel Homes Ltd) — professional, reliable, tidy, and incredibly skilled. He clearly takes real pride in his work, and the attention to detail throughout was outstanding. The whole process felt smooth, well-organised, and completely stress-free. I couldn’t be happier with the final result and wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend them.

Would highly recommend J S Ridley builders for home building work . They recently replaced kitchen flooring and installed a new kitchen for us from T W Thomas . Standard of workmanship was excellent and the building team were all helpful and obliging . A great job , Linda and Michael Owen .

Planning to refurbish our existing wet room, we began by speaking with neighbours to gather recommendations. The unanimous advice was to use TW Thomas and their approved installers. Following this, we contacted the showroom and, through Larry Bourasseau, were introduced to Jonathon Ridley, who promptly visited to assess the work, provide a clear quotation, and outline the proposed start date and duration. Finalising fittings and finishes, a process that can feel overwhelming, was made significantly easier thanks to the excellent range of products on display in the TW Thomas showroom, along with Larry’s extensive knowledge and endless patience. The refurbishment itself was carried out exactly as planned by Jon and his team. Despite encountering a few unforeseen issues along the way, their professionalism and attention to detail ensured everything was resolved smoothly. We are delighted with the finished result, which has fully met our expectations. We would have no hesitation in recommending TW Thomas, Jonathon Ridley, and his team for anyone considering similar work.

I have recently purchased a bathroom from T.W.THOMAS. Emily on sales was very helpful and the installers Matthew and Max were outstanding and the 3 persons mentioned are a credit to T.W.THOMAS. The showroom is amazing. 👍🤣

We decided to fully refurbish our bathroom replacing the bath with a walk in shower. All goods were supplied by TW Thomas and would like to thank Josh for his patience and great design also Larry for a his help in solving a problem with a faulty tap. Josh also recommended Tony Fisher Home Solutions to install and I’m glad he did as Tony with Mark Morgan Plumbing & Heating have done a fabulous job and I would have no hesitation in recommending them .

We cannot recommend TW THOMAS highly enough , we had a cracked shower tray ( a previous installation from TW Thomas) the staff in the showroom were very professional and patient helping us with the new tray and glass cubicle . TW Thomas approved contractors Tony Fisher fitter and Mark Morgan plumber , did an excellent job of removing and replacing the shower tray . Thanks to all concerned for a job very well done .
