Thank you to Larry at T W Thomas for his patience, professionalism and help in designing our en suite! We couldn’t have asked for better! After what was a super stressful experience with a leak in our en suite, we were so happy to have the wonderful expertise of Larry to help us choose our tiles, bathroom and then design it for us and help to make a truly amazing design become reality! We were super lucky to have been given the introduction to T W Thomas by the incredibly talented Matt Hagemann, a truly wonderful plumber with such incredible attention to detail! He too has the patience of a saint and we felt that we were in very good hands! Matt was incredible, patient and professional from the onset also! Thank you both :-)

We decided to have a new bathroom and was recommended TW Thomas. Emily in the showroom was very helpful with suggestions on the design and products. She recommended Tony Fisher Home Solutions as the bathroom fitter.Tony kept in touch with us until we made a final decision of what we wanted in the bathroom giving practical advice and tips. When the installation began Tony and Mark Morgan the plumber did a very good job. A very high standard of workmanship with an exceptional eye for detail. We would certainly recommend them and are so pleased with the finished result.

Great selections of kitchen and bathroom requirements. Staff usually very helpful with explaining features of products and will do a design service if required. After sales service is excellent too. Would recommend at least a visit to the showroom.

We decided to give our bathroom a face-lift and neighbours recommended TW Thomas as they had a good experience with them.Walking through the showroom doors is a bit overwhelming seeing the choices available. However, a young man called Josh introduced himself and put us at ease. He immediately understood what we had in our minds and showed us a selection that would suit us best and within our budget.TW Thomas can suggest a reputable bathroom fitter and plumber and put us in touch with Tony Fisher Home Solutions and Mark Morgan Plumbing and Heating.They arrived on time and worked non stop for 3 days to finish the job on time. They kept the mess to minimum and cleared away at the end of the day. The standard, quality and finish was exceptional.There were one or two hiccups along the way but these were sorted quickly without question by Josh and TW Thomas reception staff.I've nothing but praise for the fitting team and TW Thomas staff.

Absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish. The shop supplied everything I needed for the bathroom, and the quality of the products has been excellent.A special mention to Larry in the shop, who was fantastic throughout the design process. He helped plan the room expertly, offered great suggestions, and thought through practical details — including the good and bad design choices — that I simply wouldn’t have considered. He was also incredibly patient with me being quite particular about the finish, and his guidance really helped bring the whole vision together.What really made the experience exceptional though was the fitter the shop arranged, Phil (Alkel Homes Ltd) — professional, reliable, tidy, and incredibly skilled. He clearly takes real pride in his work, and the attention to detail throughout was outstanding.The whole process felt smooth, well-organised, and completely stress-free. I couldn’t be happier with the final result and wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend them.

Planning to refurbish our existing wet room, we began by speaking with neighbours to gather recommendations. The unanimous advice was to use TW Thomas and their approved installers. Following this, we contacted the showroom and, through Larry Bourasseau, were introduced to Jonathon Ridley, who promptly visited to assess the work, provide a clear quotation, and outline the proposed start date and duration.Finalising fittings and finishes, a process that can feel overwhelming, was made significantly easier thanks to the excellent range of products on display in the TW Thomas showroom, along with Larry’s extensive knowledge and endless patience.The refurbishment itself was carried out exactly as planned by Jon and his team. Despite encountering a few unforeseen issues along the way, their professionalism and attention to detail ensured everything was resolved smoothly. We are delighted with the finished result, which has fully met our expectations.We would have no hesitation in recommending TW Thomas, Jonathon Ridley, and his team for anyone considering similar work.

We decided to fully refurbish our bathroom replacing the bath with a walk in shower. All goods were supplied by TW Thomas and would like to thank Josh for his patience and great design also Larry for a his help in solving a problem with a faulty tap. Josh also recommended Tony Fisher Home Solutions to install and I’m glad he did as Tony with Mark Morgan Plumbing & Heating have done a fabulous job and I would have no hesitation in recommending them .

We cannot recommend TW THOMAS highly enough , we had a cracked shower tray ( a previous installation from TW Thomas) the staff in the showroom were very professional and patient helping us with the new tray and glass cubicle .TW Thomas approved contractors Tony Fisher fitter and Mark Morgan plumber , did an excellent job of removing and replacing the shower tray .Thanks to all concerned for a job very well done .

Bathroom needed serious refurb after 20+yrs. Emily at T W Thomas gave me some ideas regarding design, and then Jon Ridley and his assistant fitted the bathroom. The materials used were top class, and attention to detail when fitting was excellent. I am a perfectionist, so for me to be pleased with a job takes some doing! Well done all concerned. A couple of minor tweaks were needed, and Jon was straight back to sort them. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend everyone for being so professional, a rarity these days. TA!

Have just had our bath and vanity unit removed and replaced with a walk-in shower and new vanity unit which has completely transformed our bathroom.The information, advice and service received from the staff at T W Thomas, together with the quality of the products supplied by them, were beyond excellent. Also, their recommended fitters, Matt Hagemann Plumbing and Building Services did a wonderful job with expertise and professionalism.I could not be more pleased with the outcome and would not hesitate to use either business again for future projects.

Larry B was so helpful and tirelessly worked to find a solution to fit a downstairs toilet and sink into a very small space only measuring 600 x 1100mm with a soil stack taking up some of the space. He took on this challenge and amazingly came up with a brilliant idea. Phil Card did a super job fitting it all in and on completion it was exactly the same as the CAD image. I can’t thank them enough. I would highly recommend T W Thomas and Alkel Homes Ltd (Phil Card).

A little over a month ago I discovered a leak in my bathroom which needed immediate attention. I decided to instal a shower cubicle instead of a bath. Larry’s help in deciding on the fitments was of a tremendous help and he did so with great patience.The floor were rotten as it seems this leak had happen over a period of time. As a woman of a certain age and on my own I was very wary as to whom I could trust (a) to do a good job and not leave me stranded. As luck would have it I came across Jon of JSRidley workin in the area. The extent of the work meant it was an insurance claim. Jon went over and above the brief in ensuring that I received a full payout from the insurance claim. All along he kept me informed on what was happening at each stage of the work. The standard of work carried out by him and Mark was of the highest standard and the end result was superb I couldn’t have asked for more. I would have no hesitation in recommending Jon to anyone.

Nigel at TW Thomas was very helpful advising us when we were choosing a walk in shower to replace a bath.Tony Fisher inspected our existing bathroom and we were very pleased with his recommendations and quote.Tony and Mark came on time, protected all carpets and fitted the new shower boarding and shower tray to a very high standard.We would certainly use them again.

When we wanted to change our bathroom, in my head I knew what I wanted to achieve but didn’t know where to start. As soon as we walked in to TW Thomas we both felt comfortable and everyone was friendly. We spoke to Emily and she understood exactly what was in my head (possibly better than I did) she was spot on and by the following day we had a CAD image of my dream bathroom. This is now my favourite room in the house - I can’t praise the service from Emily and her colleagues enough and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend TW Thomas to anyone. Thank you Sara & Chris

My mother in-law recently had a new bathroom including the relocation of the boiler, John and his team from JS Ridley did a great job from start to finish. He understood the needs of an elderly couple and made sure the required adaptions were carried out.They were very polite and disruption during the two weeks were minimal, and all rubbish was removed from site promptly.

We recently had a high-end bathroom installed by John and his team from JS Ridley. We spent a lot of money on a relatively small room and so were expecting a high-end finish. John did NOT let us down.From the outset I was impressed with John’s professionalism and the way in which he went about his work.He turned up when he said he would and kept us informed at every step of the way.We wanted John to manage the project as we are both very busy and he did a great job of this. All we had to do was pick what we wanted and he and TW Thomas did the rest.As with any project of this nature there were a few challenges as we have an old house with wonky walls, old wiring and all other manner of issues. However, John handled them brilliantly and worked out a way to get everything sorted.The finish was top class and I was impressed with the quality of John’s workmanship. Very good range of bathrooms and ideas. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful.The only downside was that there were many things, especially tiles that were discontinued but were still on display. Of course, I fell in love with most things that were discontinued.

Fantastic service and stunning results. We recently had our bathroom, 2 ensuites and a shower room refitted by TW Thomas and have been over the moon with the results. Andrew spent several hours across multiple visits to his showroom helping us to select everything we needed for our project demonstrating his expert knowledge and experience to design our rooms. The bathroom fitter, Steve Shepherd then spent the best part of 3 months installing everything and providing us with advice and recommendations where needed as well as resolving some issues we’d had with previous installations. During the work he demonstrated his wide skill set with plumbing, carpentry, electrics and even plastering whilst Andrew continued to support us with any alterations we needed as the project progressed. The end results go far beyond our expectations and have made a huge impact to our home. We can recommend Andrew and his team without hesitation and thank him and Steve for all the hard work.

Went into the showroom with dimensions of our en-suite, not fully knowing what we wanted. Had some great advice from Emily Heenan and nothing was too much trouble. Some great products choices and quality fittings. Tony Fisher was recommended by Emily. What a great guy! A true perfectionist for fitting and tiling. Extremely high quality to detail. Also was assisted by Mark the plumber. They were a great team and efficient and trustworthy. We eventually ended up having our bathroom fitted with a new shower and also another en-suite bathroom as well. Again all these additional requirements were supported by Emily and delivered by Tony and Mark. We are very pleased with our new en-suites and shower and would recommend TW Thomas 100%.
